Wersau Castle - AR Experience

17 artifacts were photogrammetered for this project and optimized for the Unity AR application.

This project undoubtedly awakened my passion for photogrammetry.

To keep the quality of the artifacts as high as possible, I set up a small, portable photo studio at home.

A high-resolution camera and a cross-polarized flash setup deliver perfect, mirror-free albedo maps that make the photo scan appear absolutely realistic.

I am always surprised at how realistic the 3D models created this way turn out.
