Iglootel - Arctic Night

Biting cold and LED walls - I had the opportunity to create an LED installation at the Iglootel in Lapland. I wanted to capture the bitter cold and the magic of a night near the North Pole.

The scene had to be rendered in real time to allow for interactive elements. The biggest challenge was to create a believable representation of the aurora and the almost otherworldly lighting atmosphere.

Although the interactive elements were never implemented due to the adverse conditions, I am proud of the final product and the experiences I gained during my trip to the far north.
